A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel or change your appointment for any reason, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or changes to bookings will be charged for.

Payments made for bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please keep in mind that your cancelled booking could have been allocated to someone else.

Please note that discounted rates are only applicable if payments are made in advance. Alternatively, normal drop-in rates will apply.

A session can be rescheduled in due notice (no less than 24 hours in advance) – subject to availability - within two weeks after the original session. A changed/rescheduled session can not be transferred to the following month.

Class Package Validity: 1 Drop in class payment is valid for 1 month. 5-Class Package is valid for 3 months. 10-Class Package is valid for 4 months. Anything beyond this, classes will expire.

For Semi-Private sessions; if one partner needs to cancel or reschedule a session, please communicate as a team and decide whether to cancel the session or have one partner keep the booking, but then pay extra for a private session. If a 24-hour notice is not possible, the partner who is unable to attend will lose the session to ensure fairness to the other partner.
